Which software do we use?

Our company administers accounting and salaries in the following programs: QI, Pohoda, Helios and Orange.

Data protection/GDPR

ISM s.r.o. processes personal data in compliance with Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council.

The purpose of the directive is to harmonize legislation on the protection of fundamental rights and freedoms of natural persons in connection with processing activities.
It has been effective from May 25, 2018.
It covers personal data processing in relation to the activity of a controller or processor in the EU regardless of whether the processing takes place within the EU or outside of the Union.
The protection of an individual’s personal data in relation to their processing is the basic right.

Personal data means all information related to an identified or identifiable person. Processing means any operation with personal data.

The controller of personal data is an individual or legal entity, public authority or other body, which determines the purpose and means for personal data processing.

A processor is an individual or legal entity, public authority or other body, which processes personal data for the controller.

A recipient is an individual or legal entity, public authority or other body, which receives personal data.

Consent to personal data processing is any free, specific, informed and unambiguous manifestation of the will of the data subject. The data subject thereby authorizes the processing of his or her personal data.

If ICM, s.r.o. is a processor of personal data, the transfer of records is done using specially encrypted software.
